Our insulated glass units are manufactured in two robot IG lines. Producing the highest quality insulated glass in today’s market at 1,200 units per 8 hr. shift; these high-tech vertical lines provide PRL with incredible storefront manufacturing capabilities.

Whether your entry requires an IG unit glass combination, arched or patterned shaped spacers and grids or a corner offset unit, PRL can assemble a large assortment of insulated glass products to help increase energy efficiency. Fabricated in a wide variety of glass thicknesses and sizes, we can meet your framing needs with our two robot IG unit lines. No wonder we’re the glass fabricator contractors rely on.

Operating a total of four machines daily, PRL’s glass cutting line can furnish a large volume of glass for commercial passageways and homes. Utilizing the latest glazing industry technology, this line consists of an automated overhead crane, an automated transporting system, a loading tilt table and a breakout table.

Specializing in, and stocking, a large inventory of, 6,000 series aluminum alloy in a variety of tempers, you can rest assured our aluminum extrusions are of the finest quality. Through the use of our state-of-the-art extrusion press, oversized aging oven and extrusion saw, we can generate a wide array of lengths, diameters, shapes and finishes.
